WHAT: Hockey (Kiwi Sticks) Year 5/6

Kiwi Sticks: (Yr 5/6) 7 a-side including goalie, half turf and 20 minute halves provided by HB Hockey in Terms 2 & 3 (carries over). 

SMALL Sticks – Mini Sticks (Y3/4) parent run skills sessions (weekly) available in Term 2.

SMALL Sticks – Mini Sticks (Y3/4) Kiwi Sticks Development (Yr 5/6) quarter turf, 20 min halves, provided by HB Hockey in Terms 3 & 4 

VENUE: Competitions will be based at Park Island and/or Unison Hockey turf.

WHEN: Kiwi Sticks – Saturdays from 14th May – 20th August.

Mini Sticks and Kiwi Sticks Development start September (TBC)

FEES:  $70.00 via ENROLMY (or at the school office if you prefer EFTPOS or a payment plan). Fee covers Term 2 & 3 for Kiwi Sticks.

UNIFORM: Players wear an HNPS performance shirt (available to purchase from the HNPS uniform shop), navy blue shorts, shin pads with long blue socks over the top, a mouth guard and a hockey stick. Please note that shin pads and a mouth guard are compulsory.

COACHES: We need coaches and managers for all teams, we welcome new coaches and previous coaches. All help is greatly appreciated as we couldn’t have our sports teams without our parent support. Coaches will be supplied with gear and resources to help coach.
