We are very lucky and excited to have Peak Fitness and Health on board delivering a strength and conditioning workout for our children during Term 1.
Peak Kids is a strength and conditioning workout especially designed for the younger ones, helping them develop a lifelong love for fitness. In a group setting they will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes. No two classes are the same, offering variety and excitement in each workout. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play; pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift.
WHEN: Thurs (3.30-4.15pm) PEAK Kids.
WHO: Year 0-6
FEES: $70 per session, for 9 weeks of training ($60 for siblings).
WHERE: Sessions take place at Peak Fitness Gym.
