Today we were fortunate enough to have a free artistic experience. Toitoi Hawke’s Bay Arts and Events Centre, Kahurangi Maori Dance Company and Mary Kippenberger collaborated to create a unique performance called Te Whawhewhawhe and Te Marama. Our students really enjoyed this opportunity. .
Last term a dedicated group of Year 4 students met in Room 20 each week, and made masks as part of a creative mask making competition for Primary and Intermediate Schools.
