Y0-4 Netball Competition – Term 4

WHAT: Year 0-2 Our lovely high school girls are back to teach our young boys and girls the netball basics. 

Year 3/4 HB Netball organise a competition for all Hastings schools. The first 15 minutes of each session focuses on a particular netball skill so students are developing and learning the skills associated with netball. The remaining 30 minutes is a game against another Hastings school.

WHEN: Year 0-2 Wednesday afternoons 3.30-4.15pm Year 3/4 Wednesday afternoons from 3.45pm, Season Dates: 26th October – 14th December

WHERE: Year 0-2 Te Mata Primary School  Year 3/4 Mitre 10 Sports Park

WHO: Y0-4 students, boys and girls.

COST: Year 0-2 $12 per person Year 3/4 $20.00 per person 

UNIFORM: HNPS performance top (available from the uniform shop) or school polo top, navy blue shorts, white ankle socks and suitable footwear.

COACHES: Each team requires a coach to support them with learning the skills and encouraging/managing them during the game. HB netball have a coaches session so you are taught the structure and skills at the beginning of the season before the sessions begin.O
